ok, i ask people in the gang to do stuff for me, in return, i give them Gang Points

Gang Points are simple, every point you earn is worth something different
Type Value
Regular--------------500k each
Bronze---------------750k each
Silver----------------1mil each
Gold----------------1.5mil each
